1. Introduction

Welcome to ZoomKart. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZoomKart website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and ZoomKart.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are placed through our website or mobile application and are subject to acceptance by us and the partner restaurant.
• We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and Credit/Debit Cards.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery Policy

Our goal is to deliver every order within an estimated 25 minutes in the Ateli Mandi area. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or high demand at the restaurant. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your order free of charge within 5 minutes of placing it, provided the restaurant has not yet started preparing the food. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may incur a charge. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7. Coupons & Offers

ZoomKart may offer promotional coupons and discounts. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, have no cash value, and must be applied at checkout. Only one coupon can be used per order, and they cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZoomKart acts as an intermediary between you and our partner restaurants. We are not responsible for the preparation, quality, or safety of the food. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed through our Service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or issues with the food provided by restaurants.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.
